About Amanda Iwansky

Hi! My name is Amanda Iwansky, and I am a full-time, licensed Real Estate Agent in the states of Iowa and Nebraska. I started my real estate career in Okoboji, Iowa, selling vacation homes and have been in real estate since 2011. I work out of Omaha, Nebraska AND Okoboji, Iowa.

It is my commitment to strive to make each real estate transaction an enjoyable and professional experience. Above all else, I believe in customer service. Every individual I work with deserves great communication, my full commitment, and loyalty. I pride myself in being honest, hard working, ambitious, extremely responsive and always work in the best interests of my clients.

Before pursuing real estate, I attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha, and graduated with 3 Business degrees: Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Business Management, and Human Resources Management – magna cum laude. During my time at UNO, I was a four-year member of the UNO Women's Soccer team and we went on to become the 2005 Division II National Champions. I also spent a year as a member of the UNO Women's Volleyball team. I feel like I'm really aging myself now!

I am a board member of an Omaha based non-profit, Memories for Kids. The mission of this non-profit is to create lifelong memories for children who have a parent with stage IV cancer.

When I am not selling homes, I really enjoy the time I get to spend snowboarding in the winter and playing sand volleyball in the summer! Okoboji is my happy place - I love being on the lake.

My pitbull, Louie, is my baby. He's approximately 95lbs and eats a lb of raw turkey per day. I also have 5 nephews and 3 nieces that I love like my own.

I would love the opportunity to help you with any of your home buying and selling needs. Please feel free to contact me anytime!
